Can you help us learn AI without building new software?
Yes. Training can be a standalone service. We work through real tasks with your team, help you choose suitable tools, and develop reusable instructions and a practical way to check the results.
Can AI work with the software we already use?
Often, yes. We first check the connections, permissions and subscription requirements of your email, documents, CRM and other tools. Some workflows use built-in integrations; others need a custom connection. We confirm what is possible before agreeing the build.
What is an AI agent in a business workflow?
An AI agent is software that uses AI to work through a task using the information and tools it has been given access to. For example, it can summarise an enquiry, prepare a response and create a follow-up task. We define its boundaries and where your team needs to review or approve its work.
How do we keep control of business data and actions?
We agree what information the workflow needs, who can access it and which actions require approval. Tool selection includes a review of provider data settings and retention options. Testing covers incorrect answers, missing information and handover to a person.
How much does AI integration or training cost?
Each engagement is scoped around your team, tools and the workflow involved. Training, implementation and ongoing support are quoted separately, with any third-party subscriptions and usage costs identified before you commit.
